Digital Illustration!
I've really been wanting to play around with creating digital illustrations for use as button designs in my (soon to be) Etsy shop. I'm still working out the kinks, like making the edges smoother instead of all jaggedy. Here's my first one! Enid from Ghost World!
I'd love to hear your feedback and welcome any and all tips you can give me on creating digital illustrations. I'm super excited to make more!!!

I also added a bit of subtle color to the whole textured palette as well. Let me know what you guys think!

This looks really good! I love the tattoo-like style of it. It's very cute. I know little to nothing about digital art, but maybe smoothing out the edges, and making the outline of the font darker/bolder could improve it? Great job overall though!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I've been hopping back and forth between photoshop and illustrator, but I think I'm going to try and stick with Illustrator hopefully get those edges smoothed out in there. And the text too!! :)
