What are some of your Oscar picks this year?
I really want Karen O to win best song for Her (and I'd be pretty happy if Her also won best score - I really loved that film). I agree with your 12 years a slave picks and would definitely recommend giving blue Jasmine and the wolf of wall street a watch!
ReplyDeleteOh absolutely! The music in Her was gorgeous and Karen O is great! I loved her work on The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo as well. As soon as I get a chance I'll definitely check those two out :)
DeleteI've only seen one movie even though I wanted to see more. I kinda want Leo to win just to watch the internet explode at him finally winning and Oscar.

Delete12 Years a Slave for Best Picture all the way. I remember the trailer had me feeling my feels. And the film as a whole--so much to deal with, and so beautifully executed.

Steve McQueen is such an artist with his films. Did you see Hunger or Shame? I love his body of work so much!
DeleteI want to see American Hustle so bad! Christian Bale is one of my all-time favorites so I'm sure his performance was stellar! There are so many great nominees this year!
